Job DescriptionOVERVIEWWe are Information Management Industrial Cyber Security. Our mission is to collaborate with our plants and assembly lines to make the traditional as well as the new digitalized means of Aircraft production (Industrial Information and Communication Technology systems, Operational Technology (OT) systems and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS)) more resilient to cyber attacks.
This our mission requires excellent understanding of how our plant’s Aircraft production processes, of how they work (and think) and what tools, technologies and processes they are using as of today and will use in the future to achieve production and production ramp-up objectives.
It also requires excellent know how of cyber security, of what cyber threads and risks the means of A / C production are exposed to and how to help our plants to manage those risks how to control, countermeasure and ultimately mitigate those risks in a sustainable way.
For this we have access to the portfolio of state of the art cyber security solutions, products and services of Airbus Information Management Cyber Security.
Our responsibilities include to contribute to this portfolio by : a) helping to tailor existing cyber security solutions, products and their roadmaps for industrial risk mitigation business needs and b) extend the existing portfolio with new solutions where existing ones can’t be tailored to A / C production business needs.
The IM Product Manager OT Endpoint Protection is a key role in our team. Supported by a team of solution specialists, she / he manages a portfolio of OT endpoint protection solutions such as Industrial AntiVirus, Hardening and Vulnerability Management end to end, from design / development to operation and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage product roadmap in line with business requirements Lead multi functional end to end team to design, develop, deliver, deploy and run the components and solutions which are part of the product Plan and carry out lead of product implementation and improvement projects Coordinate OT Endpoint Protection product roadmap and features with all other products on the Industrial Cyber Security Product and Service Line (PSL) as well as with all other products and technologies of IM Cyber Security Product and Service Line (PSL) Manage supplier work packages and sourcing ensuring product deliverables on time, cost and quality.
Contribute to the overall industrial cyber security products and services vision and roadmap Manage his / her activities’ budget needs and spending and contribute to the department’s budget planning.
Responsible for planning and budgeting for OT Endpoint protection product.REQUIRED SKILLS Degree in either Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, Manufacturing Automation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven expertise and in depth experience in endpoint security solutions and technologies such as antimalware solutions, application control, vulnerability management and backup and recovery Skills and experience in product lifecycle management , continues release management Experienced in project management, AGILE methodology Data-driven KPI and reporting skils Very good understanding of automation systems, shop floor processes and -requirements in industrial shop floor environments IT security professional (certification, references) experience in information systems security is an asset Proven (certification, references) experience in operational technology (OT) is an asset Very good networking, communication and presentation skills at all levels Very good EnglishThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
