Mission
Define, implement and improve commercial tools & processes to enhance efficiency and deploy revenue management culture throughout the commercial community to help them deliver profitable growth.
Functions and Responsibilities :
Work closely with commercial local teams to gather their needs, prioritize them, define solutions and deploy them.
Work closely with IT, Master Data, Customer Service and Finance to coordinate commercial projects
Promote a pay for performance culture by building on current commercial processes & tools
Boost usage of the commercial planning & effective negotiations tools to embed revenue management culture and kpi’s in the commercial community DNA
Ensure an efficient master data maintenance
Build and improve solutions to efficiently sell to independent customers
Help BU’s to manage promo & launches allocation among clients through the usage of the quota tool
Integrate new subsidiaries into the Puig commercial tools & processes (ie China)
Provide training and support on all commercial tools
Requirements :
Experience : Commercial experience, ideally in commercial intelligence. Good understanding of commercial and financial concepts. Project management.
Education : University degree / MBA
Languages : English and Spanish
Competencies : skills on project management, analytics and communication. Results oriented, team player, resilient and with a strong vocation for service
Specific Knowledge required : Expertise with tools (excel, BW, SAP ) and good knowledge of commercial processes & tools
