  • Monitoring the Spanish-LATAM Social Media content in order to achieve the company guidelines.
  • Reporting the social media engagements within the accounts.
  • Manage other administration related tasks.
  • Revising the content carefully and evaluating in accordance with the relative country.
  • Screen contents that may contain graphic images.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Profile* Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English are essential.
