    Mission :

    The Human Resource Specialist will work collaboratively with the Regional Human Resource Manager providing superior human resource support to our employees and work as a business partner in achieving facility objectives.

    This position will support a broad range of human resource activities with a focus on HR Operations support. This is a hands on position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization.

    Key Accountabilities :

  • Working with time & attendance control system, you’ll be responsible for employee requests and documentations, paperwork and processes.
  • Be the primary point of contact for payroll tasks, being the interface with payroll provider. Including monthly changes tracking, social security, pension plan, accident and life insurances among other benefits, liaison with the Finance department, monthly and yearly taxes and ensuring all employee changes are communicated accurately and within the required timelines.
  • Establishes employment contracts, carries out admissions to social security and all the procedures inherent to the hiring of employees, including preparing employment documents and process employment status changes (domestic and international transfers, letters to confirm changes of terms, employment verifications, terminations).
  • Data interpretation and analysis of all HR information, to give insights and define action plans when required. Preparing timely local KPIs reporting, including headcount reporting, time & attendance, absenteeism, etc.
  • Prepares government required reports, such as Relatório Único Anual , facilitating all legal compliance requirements, such as GDPR.
  • Maintain and update employee folders and corresponding HR records management systems
  • Provide effective guidance to managers on employee relations issues with support of external lawyers and ensure effective resolution.
  • Guarantee the surveillance of worker health, in accordance with IP policies and legal requirements, ensuring all employees have their regular medical checks.
  • Assist in special projects. For example, it would be needed to migrate payroll system working together with payroll providers.
  • This role will consist of administrative tasks, but on the flip side, this position will also support other HR areas :

  • Provide HR advice, support and guidance across a range of areas including recruitment, compensations and benefits, performance management, talent management, development and engagement.
  • In your role you’ll work across a broad range of People (HR) topics supporting the whole lifecycle of employees from on-
  • boarding, throughout their employee journey, from the moment they accept an offer to their first day and beyond.

    Languages :

  • Local language & fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus

  • With professional experience in similar function and at least 2 years of experience in Personnel administration and payroll.
  • Experience in the area of recruitment temporary work.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, specially Excel)
  • Education :

  • Higher education degree or equivalent business experience required
  • Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Law Human Resource Management Master is a plus.
