During this fast growth, small local teams developed highly personalized solutions for their local operations, but now the time has come to standardize and scale our processes to a global level, sustain our growth and expand to new markets, allowing quick and easy access to data and insights for all of our stakeholders.


  • You’ll be working for a small international specialist team and be in daily contact with the main stakeholders of our company.
  • Your job will consist in analyzing local sales processes, identifying differences and best practices, and developing solutions and processes that fit all of our countries' needs.
  • For this you will have to be a great communicator to be able to obtain and document information from our offices in 6 countries.
  • You will also need to have great analytical and data visualisation skills to be able to identify trends, bottlenecks and best practices.
  • Once you identify the best solutions you’ll be expected to build new processes, using hubspot workflows, zapier integrations, typeforms and other automation and integration tools that make life easier for our sales reps and provide accurate and actionable data for our managers.
  • And finally, you’ll be responsible for creating, updating and sharing documentation on processes and reports, helping to keep our global operations aligned with standardized procedures.
  • This job is very challenging because you will not only have to be a great analyst but also require a lot of people skills to push important changes through all of the levels of our organization across the globe.

  • Previous experience in Operations position
  • Fluent English (you will be working with our global team)
  • Knows how to work with CRM, excellent automation skills and integration skills (Hubspot / Salesforce, or similar (e.g. Gainsight))
  • Office / G-suite; Data studio, Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Preferably some experience with Zapier and Typeform integrations and other google apps
  • SQL and Python experience, be able to create integrations and automations
  • Project management skills
  • Background in statistics or BI
