Functionally : Deputy Head of OPC
Mission and Objectives
You will contribute to the work carried out to monitor the quality of the financial data recorded by OFS & SRS systems. In particular, your job will be :
To ensure continuous monitoring of data quality by detecting and determining the root cause of data quality issues, to prepare and follow up remediation actions
To work with all operational Teams in charge of financial synthesis and SMS Teams in order to coordinate and lead long-term quality improvement approach, ensure end-to-end consistency of central and local reports, respond to changing needs, help ensuring compliance with BCBS239 norms.
To strengthen both the procedures of operational Team and their controls regarding data quality
To analyze management and departments transversal dashboards needs covering both Projects and Run activities (steering of activities, sourcing and quality of data, alerts to be raised, etc.)
To design related KPIs produce and make them available on a regular basis.
To communicate your findings within Dashboards, define and follow up remediation actions, and lead monthly EMEA Data Quality Committee with all EMEA Managers
To manage all Projects aiming at industrializing data controls
To promote the quality dimension of the Group culture KYD (Know Your Data), in particular :
Provide expertise on your operational scope
Spread knowledge on Data quality among all actors in your scope.
As a Junior profile, the main responsibilities are focused on helping management of the team and senior team members on the following aspects :
Data Quality Issue Log Template Coordinate with teams to make sure that the template its updated Identify the risk for each issue and give support to teams to solve them.
Ensure SMS SPOCs and FS team leaders feed themselves issue log on Q1 in our new format (fields exhaustively, quality of descriptions of issues, impacts assessment).
Identify and suggest topics to be integrated in T3F roadmap, in coordination with SMS SPOCs and FS team leaders.
Networking (Oxygen team and DQ team) Improve coordination and communication between all teams so that we can work all together to achieve the objectives that all of them have in common.
Training and local support. OPALE settings & BC148, issue log Support teams during closings to request required updates in setting : RTS process, punctual analyses, contributions to COMET roadmap and other projects
DQ-SMS AND DQ-FS COORDINATION TWICE A MONTH Organize and prepare coordination meetings with SMS SPOCs and FS team leaders on issue log, KPIs and any other relevant topics during 2021 / Collect from SMS SPOCs and FS team leader’s key messages for monthly DQ steering committee.
Training and occupational experience
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Professional experience : Between 0 to 3 years of experience in external or internal audit, control, or risk department.
Previous experience in Finance or banking is a plus
Knowledge of Business Process modelling
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience of working in an international environment would be a plus
Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated

Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)
Analytical skills and goal oriented
Strong planning and organizational skills : autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel and to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Advanced English is mandatory; must be capable to maintain fluent conversation. French is a plus.
