In this role, you have the opportunity to

Shape the future of Direct to Consumer (D2C) marketing and sales. You stand at the heart of Philips’ strategy to develop an innovative customer centric approach for our Personal Health (PH) business in Iberia.

You are responsible for

  • Driving activation of all marketing campaigns and D2C commerce activities across all channels and all PH categories in Iberia.
  • Planning and implementing strategy for all media campaign activities to build our brand, drive sales and to boost our market position.
  • Leading a newly defined interdisciplinary team in the Market including : Media & Digital Activation team (Campaign management and Media partner point of contact);
  • Customer Engagement (includes direct online, CRM, community management, consumer care and management of foundational elements (ratings & reviews) and the D2C Digital Marketing and e-

    Commerce team (responsible for leading the e-commerce strategy).

  • Work in close collaboration with Business Consumer Marketing team, PH sales, trade shopper teams, local head of Marketing, and with central team to pilot global projects and develop best practices.
  • Driving cutting edge, agile and technology-enabled audience based personalized activation & omni-channel marketing plan.
  • Defining and monitoring the campaign budgets with global and local marketing and media experts.

  • Optimizing and executing the digital activation plans by means of : standardized campaign brief and planning, leveraging global touchpoints supported by local insights, data validated learnings, foundation & campaign activation checklists, drive optimization iterations & execution, organize daily management and standardize campaign learning output.
  • Managing direct sales & engagement via Philips online store : inventory, pricing, promotions, merchandising, performance management
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the modern customer needs to drive business growth and deepen (digital) consumer and customer engagement.
  • You are a part of

    The Personal Health division you report to the PH General Manager in Iberia. You lead a passionate and dedicated team of seven Marketing experts with an entrepreneurial spirit.

    You work closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE) resources to drive critical capabilities, the Group D2C Digital Marketing and e-

    Commerce team and in collaboration with consumer marketing, sales, trade shopper teams and agency partners locally.

    You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing to ensure the Digital transformation of Philips.

    Area : Spain and Portugal (based in Madrid office)

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital or related field of study
  • 5-7 years of experience in various marketing and Digital roles, completed with an experience in E-Commerce (preferably in international organization)
  • In-depth knowledge in activation (Digital and Offline), media landscape, content and community management, CRM, E-commerce, analytics tools and web technology.
  • Excellent project management skills (ideally in Lean Management)

  • Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial and results-driven spirit with highly analytical mind and strategic thinking
  • Creative solution finder able to act as change agent in a complex organization
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
