Acting in the role of IM Solution Engineer in accordance with area of responsibility
Incident, Problem, Defect and Operational Change Delivery
Ensuring support and customer satisfaction in area of responsibility through compliance with internally agreed performance agreements
Ensuring service stability and delivery of continuous Improvement
Contributing to mitigation of TIM, business and operational risk
University degree in the field of computer science and business administration
Fluent English with German (optional)
Experience in business partnering, influencing, communication, stakeholder alignment
Experience of working in an Application Support function
Experience of working with systems relevant to operations team (i.e. ETRM or Asset Optimisation and Logistics systems)
Experience in software development and full software life cycle experience
