Sanofi s Supply Chain International organization in Barcelona is hiring temporary Distribution Requirement PLANNERS in order to offer business continuity and to provide a better service globally across the different business units.

The main mission of the DRP Planner will be running the Distribution Requirement Planning process at the Global level.

The position is temporary.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

The recurring activity is to run the DRP processes, following the Short, mid, and long term analysis, and being in collaboration with the different stakeholders that participates on the cycles, meaning, Demand Business Partners, Product Leaders, Export Distribution Centers, Plant Business Partners, etc

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

3- or 4-years’ experience in supply / demand planning

Pharmaceutical / Complex industry and its constraints

Working from Regional Headquarters and providing services to local teams

Demand / supply planning and DRP calculations

Production Plan Management is highly valuable

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS

DRP calculation with date-sensitive inventory (preemption)

Solid knowledge of the tools we use for DRP calculations : Kinaxis, Manugistics, APO

Data manipulation tools (Excel, ERP-Planning Tools)

EDUCATION

Tertiary education in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience

PERSONAL

Process-oriented with an analytical mindset

Rigorous and accurate

Ability to negotiate and fairly arbitrate conflicts between plants and markets

Within company :

Country Market Supply Chain teams

Plants Supply Chain Teams

Regional Supply Chain teams (Markets, Plants, Regional Export Centers)

Global IS teams

Outside Company : Nil
