We are looking to expand our Competence Center in Madrid or Barcelona with a Customer Success Manager profile oriented to develop the Pharma practice.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :

  • Business generation support within the practice.
  • Presales activity : sizing, approach, roadmap, valuation, etc.
  • Relationship management with Salesforce in the commercial scope of the practice.
  • Make first contact with a specific target of new opportunities related to the practice and drive the sales process through the entire sales process.
  • CLIENT MANAGEMENT :

  • Lead the management of assigned clients of the practice.
  • Ensure compliance with the objectives and the Omega-promise to the client. Follow-up and quality control of deliverables in the projects you lead.
  • Project management and Steering Committee.
  • Managing scope and expectations of new projects.
  • Project and client profitability management.
  • Up & cross selling on assigned clients.
  • Client team leadership.
  • Report to management on the progress of your sales and customer satisfaction target.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on opportunity management, fostering relationships with key people to establish long lasting and mutually profitable relationships.
  • Collaboration with Omega's pre-sales team for the development of offers and proposals to be made, providing the value identified in the customer.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT :

    In collaboration with Operations and HR, it will participate in actions of :

  • Talent. Supporting in the selection process to share feedback of profiles that will participate in projects in the area.
  • Contributing to the professional development of the team assigned to their clients (Skills, career plan, etc).
  • NICE TO HAVE :

  • Large account experience.
  • Previous experience in business consulting and / or information systems.
  • Experience in digital marketing in the health field.
  • High level of English. Other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in digital projects.
  • Experience in international projects.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
