neutral data centres across Europe and Asia.
As part of our programme graduates will complete a series of rotations across a number of departments. These will most likely be Operations, Design, Commercial & Real Estate, and Pre-Sales departments.
Rotating between our Operations, Design, Commercial & Real Estate and Pre-Sales departments will enable you to develop your knowledge from operational processes and procedures to the more commercial and strategic objectives.
Operations are responsible for ensuring our services are available 24 / 7, 365 days for our customers across the globe. They focus on the maintenance and repair of all services to the data centres themselves such as power, cooling, security and fire systems as Data Centres can consume the equivalent power of a small city in its entirety.
The Design Department are responsible for the technical specification, creation and implementation of our Data Centres; and the area is split between New Build and Expansion and Lifecycle.
They develop large hyper-scale data centres for some of our largest customers covering a number of specialisms such as cooling, electrical knowledge and computer aided design and work to replace, renew and refresh existing equipment.
The Commercial & Real Estate team is responsible for management of our real estate portfolio, asset management and commercial governance.
The team are responsible for the acquisition and development of new sites as well as our product portfolio and capacity management.
The Pre-Sales team plays a key role in the acquisition of new business by supporting the Global sales team in securing new and retaining existing customers.
They consult with prospective customers and have expert knowledge and experience of electrical and mechanical infrastructure and will support customer installations, transitions and migrations, supporting every potential customer.
