As an Outside Sales Engineer & Key Account Manager within Castilla y Leon and Northern Madrid, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales of Products & Solutions for key accounts in the assigned territory.
In this position you will be making visits, prospects and provide product selection and quotes, among other activities.
You will act as the main contact for the portfolio of assigned key customers. Are you customer focused and results oriented?

Win new business, maintain current ones and propose best products or solutions to fulfill Customers Applications needs;
Identify and target potential customers, services and maintain existing customers and improve customer relations in order to increase market penetration;
Develop in conjunction with management sales strategies to sell applicable product lines and services and implement such in order to achieve predetermined annual sales target;
Visit customer facilities, maintain contact and consult in order to secure sales to existing and potential customers;
Analyze and research pertinent information in order to respond to Customer inquiries regarding product features and performance, product application, product substitution and special application requests;
Work with Global& EU Business Development Management by segment;
Negotiate orders, lead time, prices and payment terms FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :
Technical Degree in Automation, and general know-how in Pneumatics and Fluids;
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within industrial environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills, good listening skills;
Proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal, reading and writing) is a plus;
Experience in fluid power and / or fluid control particularly pneumatics, valves or electronic drives preferred;
Automation solution oriented - ability to adjust to different customer requirements;
Field sales force, key account management, project management experience is desired;
Demonstrated ability of working in a matrix (by Segment) organization.
Willigness to travel 50-60% of the working time within territory required.
