Group Mass Media Data Analyst

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Mass Media Data Analyst to join our growing and successful Group Brand Marketing team part of the Group Marketing Team .

The role will report to the Group Communication Manager and will work in partnership with Marketing leaders and teams across the 16 markets where Verisure has presence.

The Role will be based in Madrid, Spain.

This newly created position will be instrumental in providing a global Mass Media Dashboard that lead to insights to support the strategic thinking on the Mass Media Investment.

The Group Brand Team is focused on 4 key areas to enable building Verisure brand leadership globally. The objective is to add value to local initiatives through brand stewardship, production synergies and best practices sharing :

  • Off-Line communications : deliver high efficiency TV campaigns, support Radio local developments based on Best Performers, and develop specific contents needed by markets to deliver high quality outputs
  • Brand stewardship : be the brand the guardian, share best practices in brand utilisation across touchpoints, lead specific projects to drive further consistency across markets
  • Innovation : work closely with Products & Services team to deliver toolkits which will enable markets to make new products launches a commercial success (toolkits include concepts, consumer insights, key messages, key visuals, videos, etc)
  • Consumer Insight : to support all the above, regular interactions with consumers to ensure developments are meaningful and respond to their needs.
  • Responsibilities will include :

    The role will be focused on having full responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

    The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into actionable insight and further recommendations.

    You will actively help to create the Global Dashboard for Mass Media, tracking efficiencies & performances, but also support on the long-term strategic thinking behind the Mass Media investment & internal model.

    The Mass Media Data Analyst will work closely with the Group Communications Manager to maneuver between the different data tools & provide learnings on the Mass Media Offline investment, mainly TV but also Radio.

    The candidate will also be in contact :

  • with the Marketing Intelligent Department to keep raising the bar on data automation ensuring all Mass Media needs are fulfilled.
  • with Consumer Insights to keep finding better ways to improve conversion when reaching our target.
  • The Marketing Data Analyst will constantly monitor the Global Dashboard to support Group and Markets to continuously optimize the Mass Media Content Creation & Planification to ensure further efficiencies in costs & performances.

    Key areas to focus to :

    Build & Own the Mass Media Dashboard & Extract learnings

  • Monitoring the TV investment around the different markets
  • Extracting learnings on TV creativities to seek for further efficiencies
  • Extracting actionable insights to be incorporated in the next campaigns
  • Liaise with different markets in order to determine best practices
  • Analyze data to find answers to any specific Group or Market questions / challenges.
  • Analyze, manipulate and interpret data in order to optimise marketing solutions
  • Support strategic thinking on the Mass Media Investment

  • Collaborate with the Market Intelligence team to look for actionable insights that help markets improve their Media efficiencies
  • Supporting Business Model taking int account learnings gathered on latest campaigns.
  • Link learnings from Mass Media into our Media Model, Category Tracker & Brand Image
  • Communicate business insights in a simple and persuasive way
  • Understand differences between platforms and adjust them to enable better comparison between markets

    Experiences and Qualifications

    As a result, we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will combine passion and expertise in the Mass Media Data Mastery with a problem solving and agile approach to his / her work.

    Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a data driven & analysis role.

    Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

    High energy and drive, passionate about his / her work.

    Collaborative attitude, able to create a relationship that fosters best practices sharing

    Experience from working in a high pace international environment with multicultural teams

    High level of English, with Spanish as a plus
