Purpose : Positions holders are responsible for promoting and selling Aggreko's products / solutions (typically transactional / routine), via telephone or internet, to existing and / or potential customers / businesses. Activities include :
Responding to customer / business initiated calls to activate a service, request a product / service change, schedule an installation or repair, or resolve a product / service or billing issue
Selling targeted products / services
Initiating calls from a list of provided leads
Remote account management activities, such as contract renewals, price negotiations, etc. Accountability Level : Experienced individual contributor (specialist operational / technical role, or experienced professional).
Works independently, with limited supervision. Problems faced may be difficult but can be addressed within an established framework Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for relationship development and management of assigned accounts or team.
Support function for field sales representative(s) or a team on complex account sales
Creates and maintains relationships at key levels with Inside and Field Sales representatives
Be responsible for the performance of the sales team and their KPI’s
Coaching to provide support and guidance
Revenue growth in line with budget target
Forward planning of sales team development
Ensure and review the data input into CRM as required and appropriate
Hold team meetings to discuss performance and business priorities, produce innovative ideas in how the team can improve and become consistently more effective
Continually question and develop operation of the team with a view to future modification to improve performance
Produce annual plans to cover; Future expansion, optimising existing practice and market and customer penetration Typical Experience : University Degree / Specialised Diploma
