Your role :
As Mantu Employer Branding Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and sharing Mantu s corporate culture internally and externally.
Working alongside Marketing & Communication, HR, and our Recruitment & Business teams, you will have to define and roll out the Employer Brand roadmap to attract and retain talent and build a strong relationship with our alumni.
This includes :
Clarifying and spreading Mantu s EVP in accordance with our corporate culture and values
Accelerating awareness for each target, activating online and offline channels
Building acquisition campaigns
Enhancing the Mantu talent experience
Building and animating a strong alumni network
What you will need to shine ?
Master’s degree in Marketing / Communications
Fluent English (written and spoken) this is a mandatory requirement since you will work with people from all over the world and will report in English
Proven international experience, working abroad or with international teams
3+ years of experience working on Employer Brand topics
Ability to work with many different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and expertise
Excellent project management skills, can do attitude and problem-solving mindset
