General Summary

We are looking for a sales development representative (SDR) in Madrid with focus on leveraging CommScope’s technology, brand and global market leadership to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams.

You are core to the overall EMEA Inside Sales team responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth through expanding client / partner relationships with CommScope, developing new services to existing accounts and prospecting with new services to non-users of CommScope portfolio.

The SDR team isY End User focused and will dovetail into the existing Inside Sales Partner Account Management team, feeding opportunities to our Channel partner base.

You enable profitable, sustainable growth through creation of opportunities harnessing the full input of their virtual team (e.

g. Sales Specialists, Professional Services and / or Field Sales), m ay provide account management support (e.g. for a larger / Strategic or key accounts) where there is a client requirement.

Language requirements :

Arbic / French bilingual and English proficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Follow-up on inbound leads that are generated by Marketing programmes
  • Execute marketing led call out campaigns
  • Targeted New Customer Acquisition through web based analytics and research
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
  • Maintain and expand our database via D365 and SFDC
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc
  • Handle inbound calls and convert into sales leads
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
