The Proposition Management team is responsible for :

  • Having a strong product & services innovation pipeline
  • Defining the new products and services for the company
  • Be the interface towards markets around the world to understand their needs and promote the new products
  • Guiding he projects to create and integrate these new products and services into our alarm (together with R&D project managers)
  • Understanding how these new products and services will evolve the positioning of our company, the offering (sales proposition), the sales process, support needs and the resulting economics
  • You will work closely with the Group Proposition Management Director and the rest of the product managers to learn the Core alarm domain, the performance of our products, and how to design the new products & services

  • This role will require your full determination to be able to gain a deep understand of :
  • Our business model and the ones of our competitors
  • Our products and the ones of the competition
  • Our technology and technology trends that can be applicable
  • Our Go to Market (how to promote, field sales and installation)
  • Our service to customers
  • Among other, this role you will be responsible for :
  • Researching the core alarm market, competition, providers, consumer habits and present findings to the Proposition team
  • Understand performance of current and future products in the Core alarm
  • Support product management in the Core alarm domain
  • Additionally, we wish to give you the opportunity to work with other product Managers in other projects outside of the Core alarm domain.

  • Location
  • The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with Pan European travel expected

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach
  • Good understanding and passion about technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting
  • Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture
  • Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides
  • Very fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be a plus : Spanish, Swedish, German, Italian, French)
  • University degree (sales & product marketing related degrees are preferred)
  • Full Time dedication (or almost full time)
  • Additional complementary skills will be valued : Experience in market research and / or analysis of dataExperience in UX / UI
  • Experience in HW & SW development
