One of our fastest growing communication channels is WhatsApp. Therefore we are expanding the development team that develops, maintains and innovates on the WhatsApp channel within our Messaging Platform.
To help us achieve this mission we are looking for a pro-active Product Owner Channels Two in Madrid
What you’ll do
As a Product Owner at CM.com you are part of the development team for the Messaging Platform. You are responsible, with your team, to deliver a stable, scalable WhatsApp solution on our world-class messaging platform.
You get your energy from working with stakeholders throughout the company such as colleagues in other development teams, Operations, Support, Finance, Sales and Marketing all across the world.
In this role you are responsible for the complete WhatsApp communication channel. You champion this channel throughout the company.
You know how to get information from our customers about improvements they’d like to see on the channel. You own the development roadmap and prioritize feature development with the team.
You ensure that we are ready to deal with rapidly growing volumes globally without sacrificing our quality. When colleagues at CM.

You understand that through transparent communication you can break down walls between departments to stimulate effective communication.
You focus on delivering tangible results, you don't rest until projects are complete! Of course, you know how to define User Stories, create Roadmaps, present your products.

You will work in the team from the CM.com Development Office in Madrid. The system you deliver is used globally, so you are not afraid to collaborate with people from different cultures and in different time zones.
You understand that all our communication channels are part of our world-class messaging platform and have a natural tendency to collaborate with colleagues remotely in Breda, The Netherlands.
Your team will have a high level of responsibility and a high level of creative freedom. Due to the fast pace and complex dynamics we need a person that is self-steering and has an innate drive to improve. .
