Role Purpose :
This role would contribute to deliver the Colt services and project migrations to the customer coordinating with customer, Sales and internal SD Teams
It will be the main SD contact for project deployment with customer and other company areas and some specific internal SD Projects
In addition, project reporting is also under Implementation Manager accountability, including Customer Handover documentation until acceptance and ready for customer services
Key Accountabilities :
Keep customer informed / updated about the progress over project / services delivery
Lead migration planning
Customer periodical reporting / updates or ad hoc meetings
SD Coordination including other 3rd parties
Provide reports internally about project delivery evolution and main risks.
Ensures that customer promise times are met within set timescales and to agreed standards
Achieves Service Delivery internal KPIs / targets
Proactively reviews personal workload to ensure that duties which impact a customer’s experience are prioritized discusses issues with manager and agrees how to resolve
Demonstrates initiative by taking on tasks / activities that benefit the customer, business or team, without being prompted or seeking permission
Regularly requests feedback on individual and team performance using this feedback to drive personal / team development through personal coaching and team guidance
Continually identifies areas where they can add value to the business, raising these

Good technological background on technologies like Transmission, Ethernet, IP & Voice, specially on MPLS & SD WAN
Skills on project management
Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project)
Good knowledge of IP Layer 3
Managed IT / Telco services coordination / IT Project Management
Customer migration Projects environment valuable
Project Management (Prince 2 / PMI valuable)
Networking / Colt Products knowledge
Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Communication skills (verbally and in writing). Very good customer facing skills with a customer centric attitude.
Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix organization
