Puig products are sold in more than 150 countries. https : / / / company / puig / en / puig-futures Mission : We are looking for a Digital Partnerships Manager to join the Global Digital and Media team based in Barcelona.

    Working alongside the Digital Marketing, Intelligence and Education Director, you will manage the delivery of the services provided by the key digital partners of Puig (Facebook / Instagram, Google / YouTube, L2 Gartner ) to the brand teams, markets and corporate teams, maximizing the impact of those 60+ projects per year on the digital performance of Puig.

    Functions and Responsibilities : Scope, coordinate the scheduling, follow the execution and evaluate the services provided by the digital partners of Puig to the different internal teams (e.

    g. creative workshops, quarterly digital performance benchmarking, executive summits ) to maximize the quality of the output and the impact delivered Track the delivery of the different elements included in the partnerships (research, workshop, events) to ensure the partnerships are fully executed on the agreed upon timeline Prepare collaboratively with each partner the business review meetings a quarterly touchpoint with our partners to ensure we are on track to reach our mutual objectives Manage by providing clear guidelines and actionable feedbacks a Digital Intelligence Executive who will support you in your activities Identify new collaboration opportunities between our brands and our key digital partners and contribute actively to the existing projects to make our partnerships as productive as possible Assist the Digital Marketing, Intelligence and Education Director in re-

    shaping the scope of the partnerships when renewed and support the renewal discussions Requirements : Ability to work autonomously, hard-

    working, with the willingness to assume tasks outside core responsibilities. Strong sense of responsibility with a result-

    orientated attitude Very organized and with robust project management skills in order to manage seamlessly a high volume of projects Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with the multiple internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects Minimum 3 years of experience in digital consulting or within a major social media player Very good understanding of social media platforms and display advertising (KPIs, best practices, formats, trends ) Interest in the luxury, beauty and fragrance industry is a plus Fluent English is essential, Spanish would be an advantage Excellent command of Pack Office
