Candidate Requirements

  • University Degree in Communications, Marketing or similar Discipline
  • Studies must have been completed no longer than 5 years ago or the candidate must be aged 30 or below
  • Fluent in English is essential

  • Previous experience of MS Office
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role is beneficial
  • Role Description

  • The Digital Trainee will be part of the Marketing team within Universal Pictures International Spain
  • Reporting to the Head of the Digital area, responsible for assisting in the implementation of an innovative and high-impact digital strategy of the different launches in close coordination with all marketing areas (Communication, Press and Publicity;
  • Media; Promotions and agreements with third parties; Trade). Assist in ensuring that the strategy is executed optimally.

  • Contribute to define lines of action, to achieve the company's objectives, within the digital area through paid media, social networks, promotional actions and digital PR using available tools and new technologies.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Identify and assist in the development of the Digital Plan, understood as the best digital strategy to achieve that both the company and its different launches stand out and even lead in the digital field (own, paid, earned and shared media).
  • Identify new opportunities offered by new technologies.
  • Transfer the needs and objectives of the company to a well-defined digital strategy.
  • Assist in the supervision, implementation and execution of the Digital Plan in coordination with
  • agencies and partners.

  • Supervision of the maintenance of Universal Pictures profiles and their launches on the different
  • social networks.

  • Responsible for the maintenance and development of the different Universal Pictures sites and
  • their launches.

  • Work closely with the headquarters, interpret the global needs of the company and be able to translate them to our market.
  • Analysis of results and control of metrics of the different actions carried out based on the
  • established KPIs.

  • Administrative tasks such as coordination of meetings, preparation of budgets and reports, control and creation of purchase orders, among others.
