This client-facing role will be responsible for Operations Management, with a key focus on support for Spain pharmaceutical field sales teams to oversee technical and administrative operational support to drive field effectiveness.
This role will be a critical part of the client support team and will work with sales and operational leadership to understand field / customer business objectives and design requirements / business rules for all systems and operational business support processes.
This role will work closely with the European Operations Team and US functional experts to ensure best practices and quality deliverables are achieved for internal and client deliverables to meet field objectives.
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to successfully implement sales operations technology and outsourced field service team projects on behalf of Healthcare clients
Provide strong client / internal communication, strategic and tactical leadership to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support
Represent Syneos Health commercial within Spain in client-facing business and service development
Act as a local SME and support business development proposal building
Manage all implementation and operational activities necessary to meet the Client’s and internal business lead’s needs / expectations, business objectives, and contractual metrics for all assigned projects
Drive key elements of internal and client engagements including project scoping, business requirements, project schedule creation, status reporting, issue and risk management, testing, training, and deployment
Partner with internal stakeholders including business leadership team (BD, business lead, executives), the many technical operations components that support field employees such as IT, business intelligence (alignments, targeting, analytics& reporting), incentive compensation, quality assurance, along with field administrative operations components to include HR, recruiting, fleet, payroll, compliance, finance, Concur, training, legal and compliance, to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met across both client and internal teams
Manage all implementation and operational activities necessary to meet the Client’s / internal business lead’s needs / expectations, business objectives, and contractual metrics for all assigned projects
BA / BS or equivalent experience.
Fluent English & Spanish
Experience in an operations management role, preferably in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
Experience in a Project Management role, with demonstrated ability to formally plan, execute, and deliver projects
Experience successfully managing / coordinating multiple departments and / or organizations to meet business objectives
Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs
