Global Digital Lead Generation Manager
The Digital Lead Generation Manager is responsible for executing andmaintaining effective and successful digital marketing programs to supportTraffic and Retail global organizational objectives.
Major areas ofaccountability include architecting, developing and implementing global multi-channeldigital lead generation programs across the entire funnel.
The email marketing,paid search and lead generation programs. TheDigital Lead Generation Manager willutilize Salesforce, Pardot and other marketing automation systems to ensure asmooth customer journey from initial contact to sale and beyond.
In thismetrics driven role, the Digital Lead GenerationManager will maximize program return-on-investmentby managing to measurable performance benchmarks and KPIs.
The Global Digital Lead Generation Manager willreport to the Global Director of Digital & Marcom in Chicago.
Utilize digital marketingtactics to generate new leads, nurture existing leads, create upsellingopportunities and increase brand awareness
Lead the architectingof a global lead generation program across all stages of the funnel and acrossthe entire Retail Solutions portfolio
Coordinate executionwith internal digital platform owners including Pardot Automation, Social, Websites, social and more
Identify the optimal stagingand mix of paid search, search engine optimization, inbound marketing,remarketing, online paid media, and display advertising campaigns with an eyetowards applying best practices
Identify optimal spend andwork with regional marketing leaders and external agencies to optimize paidsearch programs across a number of global geographies
Drive the creation ofdata-driven user personas and align with appropriate drip campaigns
Stakeholder strategy andcampaign components with regions and key business partners; creating acommunication cadence to keep all key stakeholders aware of status and progress
Developing impactful andglobally relevant program components
Propose and executetests that drive business growth
Measure and reportingperformance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI andKPIs)
Compile and reportmetrics from a variety of business systems including Pardot, Salesforce, GoogleAnalytics and Google AdWords to determine program impact and optimizationopportunities
Support marketing andsales teams with ad-hoc reporting requests
Creation of lead gen funnel forecasting, managingbudget and adjusting tactical mix based on performance
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, businessor a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 yearsto 7 years’ experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishment indigital lead generation
Experiencearchitecting and executing complex multi-stage lead generation programs
Experience withPardot, Eloqua, Salesforce.com and / or other marketing automation systems
Enterprise cross-functional team leadership experience
Familiarity with Google Analytics and metrics reporting
Ability to effectively communicate in English (written, oral andpresentations); Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin fluency a plus
Effectiveorganizational skills with track record of completing projects on time and onbudget
Ability to workeffectively in a high growth, dynamic environment
Abilityto navigate a matrix-managed and geographically dispersed organization
Abilityto synthesize input from multiple teams and individuals
Actionoriented self-starter with commitment to delivering with excellence

Experience in retail industry and / or technology
