This position would cover Saturday and Sunday, plus local holidays. We are looking for an organized and responsible, English speaking person (plus an additional language), for an immediate position in our Madrid reception desk.
We are a growing Spanish company renting luxury holiday apartments in Barcelona and Madrid Role Description : Dealing with clients, primarily in Spanish and English, although one additional language is required.
Administrative tasks related to the reservations, such as pre-payments, organising arrival schedules, invoicing. Checking-in of clients on arrival.
Following-up with clients after departure, to maintain contact and ensure recommendations and returning clients, and managing online customer reviews.
Responding to web and phone-based inquiries, converting them into reservations. Maintaining company systems and databases as required.
Administrative support for other members of the team. Coordination of cleaning and maintenance tasks. We offer : Friendly, energetic work environment.
Stable work schedule, Sat-Sun : 10 : 00 to 19 : 00 (with 1 hour break). Same schedule for public local holidays.

One additional language is REQUIRED, preferably French, German or Italian. 2) Permission to work in Madrid Additionally, we require : High sense of service, strong initiative with hands-on approach and excellent communication skills Previous customer service experience (preferably in the tourism industry) Excellent IT skills (good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel)
