Description of the job
ODGMJ is an organization of manufacturing engineers in Getafe Plant leading the E2E implementation of new industrial means (Jigs, Tools, and Automation & Robotics).
As a member of this team, you will participate in the industrialization of Aircraft Components (Fuselage & Empennage) with the accountability of delivering the industrial means on time, cost & quality.
To manage the E2E activities for the industrialization of new industrial means, following the processes FU.IN.03.02 (Develop and Realize Jigs & Tools), FU.
IN.03.03 (Specify and Qualify Machines and Systems) and FU.IN.03.06 (Implement Measurement Systems) and their relation to linked processes.
To be technical responsible for the solutions implemented.
To lead the project implementation, with an important base on stakeholders management, since the Industrial Means have link with different departments such us, Programs, Production, Maintenance, Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
Deliver safe and smart maintainable means.
To support all the program activities including master and detailed planning, proposals, CapEx, budgets, etc.
To define concepts to fulfill all the requirements from all related functions, assuring rates, usage, maintainability, and quality capabilities.
To create technical specifications for different industrial means ranging from simple tools to complex autonomous systems.
To manage call for tenders, taking into account all internal and external stakeholders, and all requirements including technical, financial, quality, supply chain and strategic aspects.
To manage suppliers, from the technical aspects of the mean, to planning activities and costs.
To lead the implementation of the projects in plant coordinating production slots, resources needed, access of suppliers, training of BCollars & Maintenance and processes update.
Use of CAD to create concepts, analysis for GD&T to ensure correct functionalities.
Propose new projects for improvement of existing assembly lines or to solve problems occurred.
Support PPS / Kepner Tregoe analysis for problem solving and decision taking.
To propose solutions out of the box to solve complex requirements.
