What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Product Manager with experience building successful SW products, previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a tech company, and experience using data to solve business problems.
Experience launching products in new markets is a plus.
This person must have 10 / 10 communication skills in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is desired) and experience in agile environments.
We are looking for proactivity, collaboration, and predisposition and that you like to work in a team : help and learn from others.
Attitude is paramount!
What are you going to do?
In 1 month...
You will have completed your onboarding process hand in hand with the team. You will already have fully configured the main development environments, and you will have soaked up our way of working and organization.
Most likely you will have done reviews and you will know a good part of the team!
In 3 months...
You will not be afraid of anything after 6 sprints. You will have fully integrated into the team, you will already know a lot of the KAVAK family and you will be approaching tasks as one more piece of your team.
You will lack specific knowledge regarding business issues, but surely someone on your team has it, and the team will be able to carry it out.
In 6 months...
After half a year, you will have internalized the protocols, standards and way of working. You will continue to provide as much value as from the first day in making decisions at the hands of the Hub Director.
You will know a little more about all the business logic. Every day you will have learned something new and you will still have much to see and learn!
When will you work?
We have a working day from 8 : 00-9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00-6 : 00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and throughout August from 8 : 00 a.
m. to 3 : 00 p.m. Then each person / team adapts the hours to their circumstances. We have flexible hours and special care with conciliation
Where will you work?
Our offices are in Gran Vía, Madrid
Today for the Tech team we have a teleworking modality except that at the beginning we may get together to do team building and that we meet once or twice a month.
The office doors are always open for those who prefer the 100% face-to-face format.
