The Project Manager manages, delivers and implements IT solutions and services projects for partners at local, regional and international level, with the aim to deliver solutions / products that meet the needs of the business / IT organization requirements : Manage budget, resources and reporting on his perimeter.

Execute the project according to the project plan.
Support the implementation of AXA GS’s policies and processes, suggesting improvement areas within his / her scope of action and being responsible for the use of standard forms and records to document project activities.
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure its successful completion.
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
Provide guidance and review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
Project control :
Track the project and write reports for management.
Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
Monitor possible deviations and risks in the project budget and timing, managing the customer’s signature and validation in the required project milestones.
Customer relationship management :
Familiar face to the customers, updating them about the project progress and managing potential conflicts and requests.
Project plan :
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the head of project management or the delivery manager.
Create a detailed work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
Review the project schedule with the head of project management, the delivery manager and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, checking the schedule as required.
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
Project evaluation :
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Coordination with other Departments :
Coordinate work, project tasks, milestones and deadlines with other departments involved.
Negotiation : Understand the stakeholders needsand influence them to reach a mutually beneficial agreement
Budget management : Know how to draft andfollow-up a budget
Problem solving : Select and analyze therelevant data to understand an issue. Identify and implement the appropriateactions to solve the problem.
Producing & presenting reports &documentation : Produce relevant & efficient reports and documentation.Know how to present them to get expected results.
Project Management : Manage projects usingrelevant project management methods and collective intelligence
Qualitymanagement : Use quality methods and tools to improve quality in processes
TechnicalSkills : Must :
