The Global Customer Support (GCS) documentation department provides customer-oriented end-user and service documentation.
The list of deliverables includes a wide range of printed and electronic documents, such as User Manuals, Service Manuals, Host Interface Manuals and state of the art User Assistance.
You will be responsible for providing support in the following areas :
Help write and update user and service documentation in English for Roche software applications, while respecting Project requirements and documentation standards.
Independently collecting information required to produce documentation.
Cooperating closely with documentation team members, project teams and experts in subject matter.
Contributing to frequent discussions aimed at the continuous improvement of our processes and guidelines and maintaining enthusiasm for technical writing.
What we offer :
An internship agreement between Roche and the University / School.
A monthly paid internship with 5 hours per day.
