What would be your main responsibilities in this role?
Perform technical direction for the team and projects, including selection of technologies, definition of best practices and coding guidelines, review of code organization and algorithms.
Guide clients through new digital and innovative experiences presenting new ideas or introducing new engaging prototypes that can add value to them
Be responsible for technical choices in projects, participating as architect in defining solutions.
Take responsibility for the leverage of technical skills of the teams, helping in defining the training programs and being aware of the latest technical trends.
Participate in the recruitment processes : taking responsibility of selecting candidates for the growing teams, being involved in the interview process, etc.
Have attention for quality, maintainability, performance and testing
What expertise you should have to be a good candidate for this role?
Passion for technology and software development.
10+ Years of experience building web applications.
Strong skills on Front End on HTML, CSS and CSS preprocessors.
Deep knowledge on ES6 and related Front End frameworks like ReactJS, PolymerJS, AngularJS.
Strong skills on NodeJs and related frameworks like ExpressJS.
Good knowledge on Progressive web applications and Hybrid application development.
Knowledge on architectural concepts like web services, various data exchange formats (JSON), data caching.
Experience on hands-on working on Agile scrum methodologies.
Experience with version control systems.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Flexibility to work occasionally from any location in Europe
