  • Coordination of the execution phase of sales orders and projects at Utility scale;
  • Order Management from order acceptance until delivery and payment of the goods, in close collaboration with the relevant internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Tech, Logistics) and with Customer's counterparts;
  • Communication directly with Customers on all the issues relating to their orders and shipments;
  • Support the Sales Managers in the pre-sales phase, following up with tenders documentation, front sales proposals, sales negotiations, internal contracts reviews and facilitating the internal flow of information with the internal departments;
  • Maintain close relationship and communication with existing Key Accounts to understand their needs and establishing Customer excellence;
  • Identify new business leads and opportunities;
  • Ensure effective reporting of all activities related to the managed accounts to the Line Manager on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis;
  • Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences;
  • Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and Customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company, ideally in the solar energy sector;
  • Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce), a ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel;
  • Good attitude to work within a dynamic and multi-cultural team of 7 Internal Sales Executives spread across Europe;
  • Good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strong bias for Customer satisfaction;
  • Self-motivated and able to effectively manage his / her time especially during the quarter end periods;
  • Proactive self-starter, problem solver and passionate in his / her approach to the Industry, able to promote this passion in a professional manner;
  • Flexible to travel occasionally to exhibitions and meetings with Customers together with Sales Managers.
  • Languages :

    Fluent in English, any other European language will be considered an advantage
