The Marketing Representative is responsible for adapting headquarters marketing strategy into local actions and marketing operations all along the lifecycle of a MANGOPAY client: acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue.
This role reports to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The Marketing Representative will work hand in hand with our headquarters specialist marketing team in order to address each marketing channel both with a strategic and local approach.

Decline headquarters SEO, SEA and SMA best practices into local needs while being force of proposition for your zone
Manage and operate the declined strategy in your country
You will work with local agency for local opportunities, assist in newshackinglocally - work with local spokesperson and agency to get them ready
For european campaigns - translate and assist where needed
Partners & Events
Find local business partners to develop the partner program, engage conversation with them, sign the partnership & bi-annual activity review
Propose key local organisational partners & animate the network of local organisational partners
Events of the country monitoring, proposition, selection, following the event process for scoring,
Logistics of local events
Organize dedicated local events for engagement with customers
Manage communication campaign locally hand in hand with your local team in Spain and with the guidelines shared by headquarters
Translate the content and make it relevant to our local clients
Segment our target audience
Operate the campaign and report to our local team
Grow a local community to have the possibility to target the posts
Write dedicated content about clients, events... to propose during the monthly social media calendar meeting
Analysis of your zone: identifying where the churn lies, reasons and creating and executing a cross-team plan of actions to improve the performance of your geographical zone.
Work closely with mainly our marketing team in Paris to translate best practices into local actions
2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing
Metric and KPI oriented with experience in defining and tracking marketing and sales KPIs
Broad knowledge and experience in multi-channel digital marketing
Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis is a plus
Work experience in B2B, FinTech and/or payment solutions is a plus
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google AdWords and experience interpreting data and communicating results to marketing and business stakeholders.
This is a role that works on a European level, therefore we are looking for someone bilingual in English and Spanish.
