About the role
We are collecting resumes for future needs within our Sales Team for Rowa. As Sales Representative, reporting to our Regional Retail Sales Leader Iberia, you will be field based and will work closely to the Regional Sales Leader and the Sales team.
Within the job functions it is required to develop tactical plans and act proactively to improve orders and revenues, according to the quarterly agreed targets.

This person will be working at BD Rowa - Rowa® Technologies by Becton Dickinson to automate the warehouse of pharmacies, other healthcare facilities and to implement digitalization together with our e-Commerce vision within the pharmacy environment.
With more than 8,000 systems worldwide, the Rowa brand stands for quality and reliability "Made in Germany". Other key features of the role include :
Initiate, plan and support actively regional and nationwide customer sales events.
Document and Update all sales opportunities in BD’s CRM Opportunity Management tool on a weekly basis
Participate in trade shows within the defined sales market and customer segment
Active customer acquisition
Active project acquisition at existing customer sites
Active support in receivables collection for related customers open unpaid invoices
Passive customer management in case of Service problems and / or product problems
Preparation and participation of quarterly business reviews
Build and maintain business critical relationships to customer associations, partners and other market relevant companies
About you
Confirmed experience in Sales
Ability to handle customer expectations
Good communication skills
Ability to work with management to achieve sales goals
Proficient English, Catalan and Spanish
Knowledge of German / Italian (will be a plus)
Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change
Pharmaceutical business knowledge is an advantage
