Role description

  • Performs field service, carrying our repairs, maintenance and installation of instrumentation and their accessories.
  • Provides onsite user training on defined product groups.
  • Ensures accurate documentation is in place and of high quality.
  • Role requirements :

  • Certificate of higher education or equivalent in electronics, chemistry, biology or engineering.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a Customer Service Environment, preferably with analytical instrument applications
  • Experience / knowledge in gas chromatography and UV / VIS spectroscopy is a plus.
  • Good professional communications skills
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Prepared to travel
  • Full driving licence
  • Competent English required for training courses and reading manuals
