Business Partner of the MRTTs programmes organization, supporting the decision-making process to ensure that the financial objectives are fulfilled.
Proposes and secures the company financial targets of the Programme.
Drives the programmes Estimate at Completion process. Supports and challenges the financial impacts of decisions within the programmes and measures the achievement of financial performance / targets (revenues, margin, cash-in ) of the programme, highlighting deviations and risks.
Establishes (define, harmonize and ensure consistency and compliance to accounting standards and internal controls) and manages the Programme financial reporting to be consolidated and reported at company level : OP, forecasts, actuals, decision on accounting criteria applicable to the programmes, etc.
Interfaces with Airbus Finance, Airbus D&S Finance, Financial auditors.
Organizes programme financial reviews, derive corrective measures, monitors the action plan and ensure consistency with other processes : EVM, EAC, ERM, OP / FC...
Interfaces with the related Chief Engineers, Procurement, Head of Program in Operations, Head of Program in Services, Functions Controllers
Manage and coordinate all financial aspects of the contractual clauses. Secures the customer collection process (Cash management) and achievement of cash targets.
Supports Program Directors in negotiations with the client involving financial topics
Co-leads with Program Directors the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and EVM (Earned Value Management) of the Programme.
Provides quantitative and qualitative financial data to prepare winning proposals for new programme contracts.
