Spanish Technical Agent - Full training and a competitive salary.
We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Technical Agents to provide the very best remote service to our Spanish speaking customers.
You’ll work to resolve any problems or security issues for our customers.
You will perform remote troubleshooting and problem-solving on Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android devices.
You will give security and performance diagnosis and implement improvements for the customer.
You’ll ensure customers receive the best service and you will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will take part in ongoing training to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date for new IoT devices and other IT products.

High school diploma or equivalent.
