The Audit Executive will be responsible for the following tasks :
Post Reconciliation Audits
Reconciliation process (check stock retrievals accuracy and adjustments)
1st & 2nd letters with first count result & Pre-negotiated result
Negotiation process (Risk split)
Audit networking (contacts)
Key Responsibilities :
To check stock retrievals accuracy (set by Coordinators)
Direct communications to external Clients about Counting & Reconciliation results
Reconciliation reports with pre- negotiated result
To handle his / her WQ to manage the different incoming tasks related to Audits : to enter audit adjustments, negotiations, creation and following ARAPs, maintenance of Audits master database.
To organize and create Audits Yearly Plan
Pre Audit Reports (ad-hoc)
Report progress to the TL
Qualifications and experience required :
Educated to degree level.
Minimum 1 year on CRM&SAP usage at Activity and Service Request’s level and Business Warehouse.
Skills required :
Excellent SAP / BW and Siebel usage.
Advanced Excel skills
Demonstrable evidence of success in a process driven situation where success is dependent on consistent adherence to procedure / deadlines.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills.
