We are looking for a pro-active and solution-orientated People Operations Generalist to join our Madrid-based team. This is a highly visible role where you would be providing expert HR guidance to different teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering etc) in Spain and abroad.
Your responsibilities would include the following :
Performance management - Support the different managers in assessing the performance of their teams and any needed follow-ups.
Develop and implement general processes company-wide while understanding and supporting individual cases. Partner with managers and leaders to help solve complex employee issues and be a trusted advisor on any employee relations questions.
Career development - Develop and implement frameworks to guide the professional development of the different individuals.
Personal growth, upward mobility and cross-team mobility.
Employee engagement - Monitor and improve our Employee Value Proposition, assess energy and motivation levels and develop strategies to keep employees engaged.
Run company-wide employee NPS metrics and provide context and analysis to the Management team. Research and adapt benefits, policies and compensation to the different markets.
Learning & Development - Create and deliver appropriate learning and development programmes.
HR Policies and Processes - Proactively identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate towards improved and more productive processes.
Propose and implement appropriate HR policies.
Project management of People related matters arising from local and global led change projects.
4+ years of generalist People Operations experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and international environment.
Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish language skills. French is a big plus.
A clear, approachable and friendly communication style.
Discretion and judgment handling confidential and sensitive data.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment with competing priorities.
Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship building skills.
