Collection MerchandiserPronovias Group, Global leader in the Bridal industry, is looking for a new Collection Merchandiser to join the Product and Merchandising team in our Barcelona headquarter.
Responsabilities : Collections development
Prepare the collection briefs (performance synthesis, market feedback, best and worst sellers).
Prepare collection plans with sizes and cost target.
Ensuring collection development is following the collection plans target.Analysis
Develop new reports to better understand the business and trends.
Perform regular sales analysis (weekly, monthly, end of season) by product category / region.Training
Collection presentations to sales teams before conventions.
Prepare Product training handbook, modelario with offer and prices.Competition
Consistent follow up of collections, launch and new initiatives from competition.
Competition Price positioning.
Runway review and trends review.
Based on the comprehensive research, formulate strategic recommandations.Requirements
Former experience in similar roles, for at least 5 years.
Passion and strong knowledge of the bridal market, with strong sensitivity and passion for the product.
Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and report / feedback from the market.
Strong public speaking and persuasiveness skills, commercial attitude and ability in the sales.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proactive, dynamic, team player with strong relational skills.
Fluent English level (the recruitment process will be in English).
