Collection MerchandiserPronovias Group, Global leader in the Bridal industry, is looking for a new Collection Merchandiser to join the Product and Merchandising team in our Barcelona headquarter.

Responsabilities : Collections development

  • Prepare the collection briefs (performance synthesis, market feedback, best and worst sellers).
  • Prepare collection plans with sizes and cost target.
  • Ensuring collection development is following the collection plans target.Analysis
  • Develop new reports to better understand the business and trends.
  • Perform regular sales analysis (weekly, monthly, end of season) by product category / region.Training
  • Collection presentations to sales teams before conventions.
  • Prepare Product training handbook, modelario with offer and prices.Competition
  • Consistent follow up of collections, launch and new initiatives from competition.
  • Mapping competition.
  • Competition Price positioning.
  • Runway review and trends review.
  • Based on the comprehensive research, formulate strategic recommandations.Requirements
  • Former experience in similar roles, for at least 5 years.
  • Passion and strong knowledge of the bridal market, with strong sensitivity and passion for the product.
  • Strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and report / feedback from the market.
  • Strong public speaking and persuasiveness skills, commercial attitude and ability in the sales.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, dynamic, team player with strong relational skills.
  • International experience.
  • Fluent English level (the recruitment process will be in English).
