Business Critical serves globally our internal Roche customers and IT partners operating Roche DataCenters globally (Europe, NALA and APAC).
We perform end to end IT operations to Roche business critical applications with the aim of maintaining the appropriate resilience, stability, reliability, performance and availability, always following ITIL best practices and strict quality guidelines.
As Business Critical team we : Build and maintain strong partnership with application teams, sharing the same goal : add value to the business in an agile wayPay special attention to proactive & advanced services, creating the business connections, knowledge and customer-centric focus neededJob responsibilities : Be a part of a crossfuntional technical team focusing on maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring IT infrastructure and ensuring sustainability through mechanisms like automation.
Collaborate with IT Partners, other IT departments and Managed Services suppliers in the design and delivery of complex IT solutions.
Monitor and resolve incident and requestwith platform operations, setting priorities and ensuring all areas collaborate in the resolution when required.
Look for continuous improvement activities both in technical, teamwork, collaboration and processes areas. Propose continuous improvement activities.
Provide direction and guidance acting as analyst by transforming the customer needs into specific requirements to be implemented in components or managed services managed by the team or by other teams.
Show strong service and customer oriented mindset, applying technology to present as well as future needs, being able to understand how technology actions impact across business critical processes and how to keep business continuity from an IT infrastructure perspective.
Ensure solutions and components implemented comply with Quality / Regulatory standards, as applicable.Education / Years of Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
You will bring 6 years of relevant work experience in one or more multinational work environments (e.g. healthcare industry experience is a plus).
Technical Requirements : Strong hands-on technical skills, operational background, and working experience with infrastructure technologies and business applications.
Installs, upgrades and administers the platform and the logical and physical requirements to support the applications and systems environment.
Provides technical support and maintains consistent configuration, implementation, operation and support of a single Application Services platform.
Complies with OLAs and Quality / Validation requirements.Ensures ITSM framework, processes, tools and SOPs are implemented, utilized and supported end to end.
