We have the mission to provide people with the Job of Their Lives, and this role is key to creating tools and driving behavior towards that vision!Be a part of a team where you will : Manage the day to day operation of our performance management program, GPS, at Glovo.

This will include data management, analysis and reporting.Manage the launch process and results consolidation of our engagement survey, GloVoice.

Working with the Head of L&D and other team members, take part in talent management programs and initiatives, sometimes owning major pieces of the project.

Communicate effectively across the org. Our products and programs are Global and there are many stakeholders. Previous experience working across Glovo (or other) in this way would be helpful.

Design and run trainings, workshops and other facilitation sessions, including all the materials required for those.You have : (preferably) a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology or other if applicable.

At least 4 years working in a People / HR department. Other relevant business experience may be considered.An appreciation for People and Performance and how this drives our business forwardStakeholder management experience, working across various functions in Glovo, ideally regional at least.

Data Management and ReportingStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalExcel / Sheets intermediate ability, advanced preferred.

Google Slides / PowerPoint intermediate ability.Presentation skills, both preparation of key data and data visualisationConfidence in public speaking and / or presentingA strong desire to learn more about our people and talent processes at Glovo.
