This is done by working as one community, a seamless team and enhanced by smart technologies. People Services Community consist out of HR Local Professionals, Subject Matter Specialists and People Support Specialists.

About the Position
In this role, you will work in a team of passionate HR experts in the field of Rewarding, Performance and International Mobility.
You will be strongly supporting and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Reward practices in a business-driven and people-centric manner, helping form a direct link between individual, team and business performance.
Touchpoints outside your team will be across all levels of our organization and company cooperation and collaboration are the essential key.
Hence you will work with Wärtsilä colleagues globally and highly contribute to the quality of services delivered by HR.
The position is permanent and you can be located in any Wärtsilä location globally.
As Total Rewards Services Partner , you will be focusing on :
People Services community is a group of professionals who are solution-oriented collaborators, fostering a culture of people-centricity, operational excellence and focus on making an impact to the business.
We are looking for someone with already a track record of working in Rewarding and Compensation precisely. Ideally you have experience from a global setup already and know the twists and turns of working on corporate level across businesses and organizations.
As we are currently undergoing and supporting a fast-paced global HR Transformation, you will need to be resilient towards changing requirements and be able to work under high expectations from the stakeholders.
Our Global Mobility and Total Rewards Services team works in a global setting and the selected person will be expected to interact with stakeholders, users, and the community members globally.
You embrace agile ways of working and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our ways of working and processes.
In the team we value an open and collaborative mindset and expect everyone to work together. We share early, we give prompt feedback and critique, and perceive this as a means to reach our targets with a high-quality deliverable.
Our working language is English Finnish language skills are not needed in this role.
