Production and Maintenance of data Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data, for reporting and distribution, including review of data input and output.

Process improvement and Documentation Gathers & analyzes data to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements Maintain, implement and develop business processes documentation, business processes, user procedures, training materials and guidelines Communicate key information effectively to both management and internal customers Drive team in continuous improvement activities to ensure best practices.
Required Skills / Knowledge

Access and / or SQL database query and report development skills
Proficiency in the use of statistical packages such as R or Python could be a plus
Three to five years related experience
HR reporting and data experience

BA / BS in HR, Mathematics / Statistics, Business, IT or related field or equivalent work experience
