The Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe is responsible for strategically developing and then driving and executing the annual Southern Europe Field Marketing plan, based upon measureable quarterly goals and objectives.
Southern Europe is the geographical region including France, Maghreb, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Cyprus & Greece.
You will define, create and execute cross-regional campaigns, which can be leveraged throughout the world as applicable.
This role will align and leverage positioning, messaging, and other information regarding products and services to target and generate high quality leads and pipeline.
Main responsibilities :
Develop the Thales CPL Southern Europe field and channel marketing plans with sales and channel regional representation for Access Management and Data Protection
Strategically develop and execute the Top Accounts and Target Account Marketing in region, utilising multiple mediums to deliver high quality targeted leads from the identified personas within the enterprises
Channel engagement : working with the Channel Account managers, identified distributors and partners to plan and proactively create demand generation campaigns
Localisation - strategic approach to localised assets and communications
Online ensuring the online presence in key markets
Digital defining and executing a digital programme which adds value to the strategic approach of the region
Events : execute key events in the Southern Europe region as per approved plan
Work with Marketing and Sales Operations to measure, understand and refine activity and data segmentation utilising systems including DOMO, and Pardot in support leads, pipeline, revenue and awareness goals
Southern Europe budget management, including channel funds engagement and reporting
Report on Marketing Return on Investment using our CRM tool Salesforce and participate in quarterly business reviews and on-going business planning sessions
About you :
5 + years of experience in regional role of Field or Channel Marketing for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
University degree, preferable from marketing or business
Security, Storage or Networking Industry Experience.
Proficiecy with CRM, marketing automation and BI tools - , Pardot or DOMO experience highly desirable
Strong copy writing and editing skills.
Fluency in English, Spanish and French (B2+).
Availability to travel up to 20% of your time.
