To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care Representative US English (f / m / d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DOYou will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order processAnswering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails)Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce businessContinuous improvement of internal processesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product / customer related issuesThe training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU AREHave excellent verbal and written knowledge of English at the native level; additional languages are a plusHave a first experience in the customer care or any other service oriented industryConscientiousness when dealing with customer-dataFlexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamworkProactive, good organizational skills and time managementWorking computer skills required (MS-Office)Experience with ticketing systems preferred
