    You will have the following experience : Technically competent in the definition of technical requirements, technical skills required, safety requirements Expert in the definition of labour requirements, including skills sets required and quantification of time in the preparation, installation and commissioning of a solution to provide a robust solution for the customer PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions Proven acute attention to detail Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced stressful environment Skilled at multi-tasking Excellent inter-personal skills, Collaborative style with decisive, results-oriented approach Ability to self-direct and self-manage Proactive approach to carrying out tasks Your key responsibilities : We’re Dynamic & Innovative.

    Works with internal customers, sales and operations to understand the scope of the service requirements related yard activities, retrofits and preventative maintenance plans Optimizes the scheduling of technician resources to meet business priorities and deliver technician productivity to set KPIs Acts on a daily basis having safety as key priority for our business, employees, customers and contractors Plans and schedules technician time to meet internal demands and service requirements, while ensuring control of working time with reference to safety of the technician Books time for any site specific inductions for technicians as and when required Schedules and plans any stock replenishment time for technicians as and when required Responsible for quality and timely communication with Customer Service Reps to ensure they are up to date with any changes to the scheduling of a technican’s time Autonomously creates the schedule for yard service technicians, consulting with technician lead Directs the yard service technicians in their work schedule Utilises our new system and technologies to efficiently plan, co-ordinate and dispatch Technicians based on work activity types, Technician skill set, current job status and their location Liaises with Workforce Leader, Operations Managers and Team Leaders to ensure scheduling requirements are met.

    identifies where work demands exceeds manpower availability and takes the appropriate action based on collaborative discussions Where necessary participates in the preparation and estimation of technical resource requirements Use the appropriate system for decision making purposes Montor and chase any outstanding preventative maintenance work orders Completes manual work orders for any subcontractors in the designated system Arranges and chairs weekly planning calls with relevant depots QHSEE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy) Drive forward QHSEEn and Sustainability within Continental Europe to make measurable improvements across a range of key leading and lagging performance indicators (refer to the annual QHSEEn Targets and Objections and regular QHSEEn reports) Contribute towards the QHSEEn culture by showing the required behaviours and values that drive continuous improvement and a sustainable workplace Act like an owner by being responsible and accountable for QHSEEn compliance and demonstrating knowledge and commitment to QHSEEn Management System requirements Understand and effectively manage any QHSEEn risks associated with our activities and operations in a timely manner The people you’ll work with : We’re Together.
