In this position you will be working closely with other BD Managers and reporting to a Business Development Director.
You will lead the growth in one of our Category in Tetra Pak Iberia, Spanish and Portugal market, to expand the number of Tetra Pak new customers, either as new direct customers with their own industrial facilities, or as new brand owners manufacturing through co-packers.
You will map the Category in the local market, and secure the execution of the strategy in Iberia through the BD Team. Supporting growth opportunities in all channels (Food Service, Horeca, Institutions, Tourist and passengers companies, and Convenience channels for consumption On the Go) and types of customers (Leading Brands, Co-Manufacturers, Water specialists in Food Service, etc..)
Additionally you will be responsible to identify new business opportunities to grow and understand key success factors to deploy our portfolio :
Also map potential suspects, and prioritize considering various criteria.
This position requires short travelling 30 - 40% of the time.
Tasks and responsiblities
Your task will be to coordinate the execution and support all BD Managers with projects.
Coordinate International projects leaded by Tetra Pak Iberia customers in other Markets supporting BD Managers in other geographies and Clusters.

Growth - Develop and execute " go to market" strategies that unlock and build business opportunities to grow in new categories and channels in Spain and Portugal
Generate leads - Identify leads, Prepare first meeting with prospect, prepare to understand their business, strategy, categories, products, innovation.
Prepare a common agenda for the initial meeting. (TP & Prospect) to show potential innovation opportunities in different levels, in order to inspire the prospect with Tetra Pak.
Analise - Develop a deep understanding of the business model of the prospects from different angles (commercial, channels, exports, brand equity, targets, products, volumes, prices, margins, innovation, differentiation arguments, financial needs, operations, cost competitiveness, industrial model, sustainability, etc.
Propose - Prepare final business proposal and quotations. Collect learnings from other ECA markets and Sales Kits, and select the right arguments to use with prospects in new categories.
Collaborate - Research and collect learnings about potential business opportunities in new segments. Those learnings will be fine tuned with other BD and Marketing colleagues to build the Sales Kit to be shared with ECA BD Team.
Collaboration with BD and Sales, Marketing and Retail Team.
Participate in projects - Support action plans with prioritized cross border customers. Lead execution in special projects.
Support execution on Global Account projects. Coordinate BD portfolio needs in new segments, and Product Development Needs (PDN).
