Job Details & Key Attributes
Knowledge about customer needs. Analysis of customer claims and support to CTS teams.Lead the working groups related to customer claims and check countermeasure efficiency.
Quality crisis management (identify and block material, coordinate actions, etc.).
Prepare and follow main External Quality KPI’s and action plans associated to them.
Launch / collaborate new product development and approval processes at customers. Tracking and control of results both internal and externally.
Definition of best metallurgical route and development of manufacturing practical instructions. Collaborate at cluster level for synergies and common projects.
Analysis of necessary modifications / extension in combination with central teams, follow- up and use of the different tools.
Control test design and monitoring for the required certification.
Collaboration in specific Scale-Up components, providing information, analysis or any other request from project team.

Proficiency Level Spanish As Native English Advanced
Other Minimum Requirements :

Good knowledge of data analysis tools & SQL, project follow-up tools, data bases, Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
Industrial experience in quality or production and knowledge of Quality control methodologies & metallurgy are desirable.
Teamwork ability, autonomy, problem solving, initiative, learning capacity.
Main location Asturias (Avilés) but initially deployed in Lesaka mill (minimum one year). Regular meetings at cluster level (Asturias, Sagunto, Etxebarri, Lesaka) and FCE level (Europe).
