The objectives of this role within the Client Management Team of MR Madrid are : raising the level of professional standards in defining propositions, client pitches as well as the execution of projects of the whole CM team in order to provide excellent consulting services to our clients with aim to generate future reinsurance business.
This also entails the active management of our deal pipeline as well as generation of new projects.
Participate in projects with a broad range of consulting topics including actuarial & data analytics for different lines of business e.
g. motor & mobility, cross-line etc..
Lead the development of insurance products (innovative and more standard) including bespoke insurance solutions in order to provide a solution for partner needs.
Organise and engage in regular reviews with partners and third party service providers in order to ensure a strong alignment of interest in strategy and objectives.
Identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner taking into account the different dynamics and business needs of MR, the Carrier and partner.
Support management and deal teams in project management to deliver consulting services, follow-up of milestones and to dos.
Set high professional standards and quality in recurring tasks and projects.
Professional presentation skills managing and advance modular pitch deck for all kind of pitches by ensuring high standards of quality.
High level of understanding of the value chain of a Direct Insurer and capability to identify his pain points.
Conduct market and client analysis and identify development areas (Gap protections) by challenging the limits of insurability which can be filled with an MR solution or business models out of which (re)insurance could be traded and scaled up.
Interact and cooperate closely with different entities in the group (Innovation, Group Consulting division and all central divisions).
Contribute to a positive team culture and cooperate closely with innovation teams in Latin America, the Caribbean and Iberia regarding projects under regionally shared coordination.
Professional experience in project / consulting environment with strong focus on virtual teaming, business generation and agile project management.
University degree or similar qualification with excellent academic credentials.
Experience in strategy consultancy in an international environment with direct insurance and / or InsurTech focus.
Good sensor for team dynamics and collaboration with internal and external clients.
High degree of analytical and problem solving capabilities, strong ability to structure and communicate complex topics.
Highly client-oriented, pragmatic and execution oriented with engaging work approach

High level of commitment, team spirit and an integrative personality.
Sound command of Spanish & English.
