Requirements : must have a degree in law and knowledge of contracts and procedures before the courts. fluent english and spanish, experience in preparing files / writing for the courts, experience with transport law is an asset, legal education, relevant experience minimum 1 year, loyalty, it proficiency at a user's level.

responsibilities : working on contractual disputes, preparing files to collect unpaid debts, preparing files for the legal team, organizing the archive of the files, translating legal files en-es and es-en, coordinating with the legal team.

work conditions : full-time, mon-fri 09.00-.00 with 1 hour lunch break. office location - estepona.
