Your main mission will be to answer user requests and ensure the followup until it's solved.
Ensure communication and collaboration with the rest of the departments for the proper functioning of production;
Manage the internal incidents of the department;
Knowledge of objectives and organization;
Good capabilities in relationship and team working;
Able to easily understand issues and incident details;
Able to work under pressure;
Able to speak and write in Spanish and English (medium level);
Ensure the availability of computers and technical material managing any possible incidents that may arise;
Manage GSuite and Slack, users, teams, and distribution lists of STO;
Keep control of the inventory of computer and warehouse material;
Provide solutions to computers and warehouse problems that may arise;
Keeping track and ensuring the correct management of the tickets;
Work on continuous improvement projects for the department;
Guarantee the correct functioning of the computers and warehouse material;
Technical degree and at least 1 year working in the same job
Middle / High English and High Spanish
Knowledge of : Excel / Google suite, Microcomputing, Ticketing tools, Active Directory
Available to work from 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM
